Cats are known to be loyal beings who provide unconditional love to their owners, and can help moderate stress levels in spite of external stressors.

Scientists also explain that ‘finding purpose’ and distraction from your own problems, by taking care of the cat’s needs, are proven common stress-reduction techniques.
