Deep breathing can increase oxygen transport throughout the body and can be done in two simple steps: First, breathe in slowly through your nose, fill up your lungs completely, and then slowly breathe out through your mouth.

Repeat this process about five to ten times and you’ll surly notice how most of your stress just goes away!
